Yes. To extend the search box to other (the search box by default searches the Title and Main Content) data, you need to install the free Relevanssi plugin, find the section for custom field and put all in that option setting. Make sure it is indexing all the posts and custom posts, taxonomies you need and build the index. In S&F Pro, on the advanced tab, enable support for Relevanssi.
