Hey Guillaume
Ok I can see that there seems to be some sort of JS error – as the URL being built is not correct.
I’m sending you an update now, please upload and let me know.
If that does not work there are 2 things I can think of:
1) You have something modifying your permalinks – so when S&F is trying to retrieve the correct permalink for the shop, there is a bunch of other stuff going on so it does’t get a correct link – I would disable other plugins and possibly even test on another theme to see if the issue is replicated
2) you are on https, but you don’t have a valid certificate – this can cause all sorts of issues with JS and various things, even when you bypass the browser warnings – so I would test in an environement where the home URL is not https, or if it is, to have a valid certificate.
Anyway, let me know how the new version goes and if you have tried the steps above and we can go from there.
Thanks

Thanks for taking care of my issue.
Well I see changes with the update of the plugin !
But unfortunately all filters don’t work. For example, if I select “Couleur” > “Blanc (effevercent)” I should get 7 results, but when I do that I get 10 results and some are not from that meta.
Thanks

Something definitely odd going on.
At this stage I would say something is conflicting with the results.
Can you try my suggestions above to see if we can identify what is causing the issue?
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) October 16, 2015 at 9:49 pm #27567Yes,
I tried both.
On the server you have access, you can see I activated the TwentyFifteen theme. Nothing changes.
And on the server with the live site, https is certified and I get the same issue (I updated the plugin too, in case it worked and to make better testing).
What else could I do ?
Ross Moderator(Private) October 17, 2015 at 11:44 am #27581Ahhh I figured out the issue!
You have two search forms setup to work with the Woocommerce shop.
When on the shop, S&F was finding the first instance (the other search form) and so your filters were not being applied.
I just set your other search form to “archive” (this will mean its broken, but I guess not in use) and S&F found the right search form to use! ๐
Let me know its now working as expected
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) October 17, 2015 at 12:59 pm #27584Hello Ross…
It works like a charm !!!
I had to make it like an archive and desactivate Ajax, and now on the live site it’s working great !!!!You rock, thanks a lot !
And for the little story : I had to test other plugins to build a workaround for my clients, and none was such amazing as yours ! So thanks a lot for this plugin !
