Search & Filter Pro not working

Hey,

I just purchased “Search & Filter Pro”, and installed on my site. I have already put the filter into widget on sidebar, here is:

http://khmice.grefun.com.tw/factest/

Unfortunately whenever I did, choose a category dropdown menu, check a tag box, or others, the page finally redirect to 404 page. Dose anyone know what is happened and how should I fix this issue?

Can you please create a new search form and follow the instructions here under “A quick tutorial”:

http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/with-a-shortcode/

Once you have created this please send me a link so I may investigate further.

I have created a new search and followed the guide to create a new page:

Hi William

I had a quick look, you are displaying results “as archive” whereas the instructions I sent you tell you to use “with shortcode”.

Please create a brand new search form, and a regular page, and use these two for the instructions I sent above, and please provide another link 🙂
