    Hi There

    I have just loaded new products on my website. The search filter is only picking up information from the old products but nothing from the new images. What could be the issue?

    Hi Trevor

    The product had been loaded via csv file through the woocommerce import products option. I did create a test product manually and still had the same issue. It is only picking up the old products which had been added.

    Hi Trevor

    Just following up on the above.

    What is happening is the older products SKUs are coming up on the searchers. The new products SKUs are not getting picked up by the search filter. I get the following message:

    “No products were found matching your selection”

    I have changed the theme and deactivated plugins but no luck. Could it be a WordPress update issue or search filter plugin update issue?

    Hi Vinesh

    Just to let you know I hope to look at this tomorrow.

    In the meantime, can you prepare 2 import files for me?

    The first one to get a few of your products in my dev site, and then a second one so I can test (and see, repeatedly) what happens when this error occurs?

    Thank you for the message.

    I actually managed to solve the issue yesterday. Apologies for not updating this thread. It was the theme. Once changed all was back to normal.
