Hi there!
I also get this message from the plugin – “Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing – click here to create them”.
When I click there, a white screen disappears. I have seen some topics on that, but the solution os private so I cant see them.I have duplicated the site with DUPLICATOR from dev to live, and after that the issue occurs.
I also use a table prefix like some mentioned before, but it stays the same during duplication. What should I do now?
Trevor(Private) December 14, 2020 at 12:21 pm #269721If you duplication plugin did not get it right, you may need to:
#1 deactivate our plugin
#2 Access the WordPress database (using a tool like PHPMyAdmin, or similar) and find, then drop, the two cache tables.
#3 Activate our plugin
#4 Edit a form and see if it will build the cache tables. If #4 does not work, make sure that the tables have not been recreated, and then delete and re-install our plugin, making sure beforehand that the plugin setting to keep all the forms is set correctly.
