Dear all,
I would like to thank you for your great plugin first and I paid for your plugin just today and I have a problem with that.
there is an issue and the message is:
Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing.
What should I do?
I don’t use any other plugin.
I just installed WordPress
best regards
Are you using a prefix for your WordPress database tables? You can check what this is (I don’t need to know what the prefix is) by editing the wp-config.php file in your wordpress root folder. Does the prefix contain uppercase letters (at least one)? If so, that is the issue. Get back to me if this is the case, and the rest of this post is not relevant to you.
OTHERWISE, the error message probably means that your server environment is preventing the making of the tables. You must manually add them with a database manager tool, such as phpmyadmin, or ARI Adminer (a plugin for WordPress). Please see this post for more details:

You will need to rebuild the search cache (button is in the top right of any edit form page). After making the tables.
Dear Trevor,
I need a search form on my website with the filter that’s why I bought your product
Thanks to you I solved the issue with caching
Now plugin works as well.
But now I have another problem. for 1 week I was searching to find a plugin to solve my issue and after all, I bought your product, but about what I need, I explain with details.
I will appreciate it if you can help me with that.
As you can see in the pictures ( links ), my search form has 4 parts.
1- cities ( categories )
2- the name of universities ( sub-categories )
3- certificate ( YES/No ) ( tag )
4-Programm ( custom field )
I want to show posts relates to what visitors selected by the search form.
For example, visitors click on Krakow ( as a city )then another dropdown should appear then they can choose just Krakow universities and then regarding the university which they select they can choose the program of that university at the end after they click on the search they can see the post about the program
It should be with the condition but I guess it is not possible with your product.
I did it already by Joomla
Do you have any idea that how can I make it?
I hope you got my point.
Can you take a look at this thread and see if this helps?
