I’m trying to achieve something like this:

How can I get it to have results displayed as a grid ?
How can I get it to have search results pre-populated to show the last 5 posts from a certain category ?
How can I get the search to go next to the categories ?

What you require above are customisations of the layout which are generally out of the realm of support but I’ll hop back on to this ticket once we’ve resolved the others.

I actually figured this out. I used the templates method of creating columns.
The only thing I have to know right now is how to remove the categories as a list.
Can you tell me what file I need to edit or how to accomplish this ?
