Couldn’t be building this current site if not for your plugin, but maybe I’m just not “getting it” or something: Search results in ajax load fine; user interaction on the form narrows results and their corresponding number; but it doesn’t narrow all the way!

    For example:

    • Choose a Property Type and and an ajax load of just those property types occurs. So far, so good.
    • Choose a City and the ajax results narrow further.
    • But when we get down to only 2 property types in a city with four properties, the results show THREE properties! No matter what I do the results aren’t correct.
    • I’ve built and rebuilt the engines over and over again trying every conceivable variable. I’ll provide you with an admin login privately if needed along with the URL of the search form.

    First. Nice web site.

The form appears to be correctly made. And I can see the issue. So you aren’t going mad!

So, I do not know if this is the Genesis template that is doing this or a bug in our plugin.

I have asked the developer to send me a copy of the latest development version of the plugin and when he sends that to me, I will send it to you. For this, I will need an email address, so can you send that to me using private reply? There is a procedure to follow to safely install it, which I will list here:

    1) Deactivate S&F in WP Admin Plugins page (do not delete, otherwise you will lose your search form)
    2) Via FTP, delete search-filter-pro folder from the wp-content\plugins folder on your server. If you wish to keep the folder, just in case, do NOT rename it, instead move it UP a folder into the wp-content folder.
    3) Unzip the file I will have sent to you.
    4) Upload the search-filter-pro folder to the wp-content\plugins folder on your server.
    5) Activate Search and Filter plugin in WP Admin plugins page
    6) Go to the Search & Filter Pro Settings in WP Admin and make sure that Load JavaScript & CSS files is ON and Lazyload is OFF. SAVE the settings even IF you make NO changes. This is IMPORTANT to do.

I don’t know. For now I will wait for Ross to release the next version of the plugin. Try that by updating when it ships and then let me know.

I am probably going to have to get the developer, Ross, involved then. However, one more try. I recall (I think) it was done using As an archive. Are you able to make it using the shortcode method?
