    Is it possible to use Search and Filter Pro for users and user metadata?

    I am sorry, this is not possible. User Roles are stored (for security reasons) in the WordPress User table, which our plugin does not access or index. We are looking at this to see if it can be done sometime in the V3 roadmap, but I am not sure of this yet.
