Search and Filter Pro not showing drop down

Hello,

We are using Search and Filter Pro for the website http://louisianadancehalls.com/dance-halls/

The problem is that we have drop downs for Parish, Location, Status.

The drop downs don’t display any information. This was working before we moved the site to a new server.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

By any chance do you have issues making changes to the search form in the admin area? IE – when you save, nothing is actually saved and essentially doesn’t update?

No, I am able to make changes and the items save and appear on the page.

Hmmm, I would try to deactivate, and activate S&F plugin (this is to ensure the correct tables are created) – then click “rebuild cache” on any search form.

Let me know how that goes.

Okay, I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin. However, I don’t see where to rebuild the cache.

If you edit any search form, you will see on the right a metabox for the cache – you can find the rebuild button there.
