Search and filter not working

Hello,
I’m using the shortcode version to filter and display results but each time all posts are returned instead of the filtered ones.It seems like the query is malfuntioning,although the cache has built up.Moreover, I’ve seen that no parameters are sent through the URL and the page returns to the same URL each time ( the same as a reset ). I’m using your result.php display template.
Please give me some more info on this.

Can you take screenshots of the General and Display Results Methods tabs of the form and post a link to the image(s) here so I can see it/them?

Can you un-check Maintain Search Form State?

And can you confirm what theme this is and also confirm that you have made no changes (all should be unchecked) on the Advanced tab?

Have you checked the Browser -> Inspector -> Console for javascript errors?

The theme is a private one and the JS Inspector shows no error.
All the fields are unchecked under Advanced tab and as you said, i’ve unchecked Maintain Search Form State but nothing has changed.

The only way forward for now is to do video conference on Skype. Is this possible for you?

You need a Skype account (free), a mic or webcam, a computer with good internet and to speak some English.
