"Scroll window to" not working

I just started with Search & Filter Pro and it is awesome. I have the search form in a sidebar and the results (with a shortcode) on a page.

I tried the “scroll window to” options, because I want to see the results without scrolling on the page because of my headerimage. But sadly it does not work. I’ve tried all the “scroll to windows” options, but the page refreshes and shows the results, but my window starts at the top of the page (so first I see the header and then when I scroll down I see the results) at all of the options.

Can you help me?

Are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search page so I can take a look?

It is possible that something in your theme is stopping it from working.

The form on the page is set to use the Shortcode Display Result Method, but the results appear to be a Post Gird. This is therefore not correct.

Did you follow these instructions (if you are indeed using the Post grid plugin)?
