Says license expired but hasn't

Hi,
When trying to update S&F Pro I repeatedly get a message to say “Update Failed: Download failed. Too many redirects”. This has been happening for quite some time.

I can confirm that my license isn’t due to expire until February 20, 2019, that the site it is registered to is the correct one and that the license has been entered correctly.

Please can you assist.

Apologies, the title was incorrect, it should have been “problems with updating – Update Failed: Download failed. Too many redirects”. I initially thought it was failing due to thinking it was expired.

The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.

IF your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you:
