Hi,
I am implementing the S&F Pro plugin on https://www.kleinkunst.theater/my/ and see that
a) the results are refreshing and are presented nicely on the selection of the first checkbox.
b) the results are NOT refreshing on the selection (or deselection) of the next checkbox.
What am I setting wrong?
Tx,
Frank
If you can take screenshots of the General and Display results tabs, host them on an online file sharing site and post links here, I can take a look?
Thanks for your prompt help!

What happens if you check (switch ON) the Enable Auto Count … Update the Search form on User Interaction and in the form elements make sure hide empty values is also checked?
No difference:

HOWEVER:
When I use the “using a shortcode” method with a duplicate form and its results-page https://www.kleinkunst.theater/comedy-videos-und-neuigkeiten it all works as intended.
Therefore I guess this is due to the index.php template I am using.
This leads me to the next job to find a webdesigner who styles this page/results template:
https://www.kleinkunst.theater/comedy-videos-und-neuigkeiten
to make it look like that page
https://www.kleinkunst.theater/my
Thanks,
Frank
PS. If you can point me to webdesigner who can do that I am very interested,
I can do that quite easily. Do this for now:
1. Create a folder in your theme folder called search-filter
.
2. Copy the file wp-content\plugins\search-filter\templates\results.php from the templates folder in to the newly created folder in your theme – wp-content\themes\your-theme-name\search-filter\results.php
Thank you, that would be great.
You need the original index.php template for that?
The results.php is copied into my child-theme file.
Regards,
Frank
