Restrict caching to just one custom type

Hello, we have a few different custom post types and different search and filter forms created for each of them. When we create a new one, the entire database is cached again which is happening via Ajax and taking a very long time (we have around 80,000 records). Is there a way to restrict the caching to just the new dataset that has been created rather than reindexing every post from all custom types again?

There is not, I am sorry. Creating a new form, if it uses new data sources, will cause the cache to be re-built.
