    I just tried to renew my existing Search & Filter Pro license however I received the following error: Error: The specified email is not authorized to renew license 222d5e8ad8b8ae004ecdfcc71616dcd4. I checked my account information and it shows the same work email address that I used in the email address field when submitting my renewal, can someone please help?

    I never heard anything back so I went ahead and tried to renew my existing Search & Filter Pro license but I am still getting the same error. Has there been any progress on this request from 5 days ago, I only have 9 days to renew before my license expires?
