    Hi, I just bought a renewal for Search and filter pro but when I click on “Please click on the link(s) below to download your files.” I get an error message: “Sorry but your download link has expired.”. My plugin expires today. Please advise. Thank you very much for your help

    How long after you made the payment did you try to download? Our server can take 15-30 minutes to process any changes to your account. Can you try again now?

    Hi Trevor! I tried one day after the purchase. Just tried again and it didn’t work. I can send you the proof of payment if it helps!

    Thank you Ross, that worked! It’s only the link in the email that wasn’t working. Thanks for your help
