Could I please get a refund?
My support query has been unanswered for 10 days and I cannot work like this. As many others who purchase paid plugins, I have customers and deadlines to meet. Having support requests not being answered within a couple of business days is a clear sign that I will not be able to use your plugins for any of my projects.
https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/custom-result-templates-per-search-form-not-picked-up/Even if the issue above would have been resolved in a timely manner, your plugin does not provide all the functionality I need. I was not aware that I need to populate the options manually – even with auto-suggest this is a pain if you have data added by customers and hundreds of options.
Thank you

Thank you for your response – I am willing to wait for an update with the ACF feature (and/or to test a a beta version of the next plugin update. I am currently working in a sandboxed environment, so no production data could get damaged).
It would also be great to resolve the templating issue from my support post, but if you want to release your plugin update first that is understandable.

Ross Moderator(Private) December 29, 2015 at 4:01 pm #32978Hey Roger
I’ll try to get that over to you to test later on tonight or tomorrow.
RE your other issue – I did have a think about this, however it sounds like you are doing everything correctly.
The only thing I can think of is some parent/child theme issue, so try placing the template files in both.
And its possible, there may be an issue if using WPML – because S&F translates the IDs via WPML – so make sure the correct ones here are being used.
Will jump back on this issue if not resolved once we do the update.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) December 29, 2015 at 9:14 pm #33008I am not using WPML in this project, but I’ll follow your suggestion about placing the result templates in the parent theme’s folder and will keep you posted about the result. This may take me a couple of hours (as I’ve already removed S&F pro from the project and need to roll back / merge some changes), feel free to send me new version in the meantime. I assume you have my email address?
Thanks Ross!
