I cannot seem to set up Search and Filter Pro to accomplish a search based on custom fields. Do you offer premium support so that you can log into our website and help me figure out how to set everything up correctly?

Ok so had a look now, 2 things come to mind

1) To enable the auto updated fields based on previous selections, i.e.- when selecting GB, only the correct options appear in the next field, then this is pretty simple.

Just enable “auto count” – its in the general tab

2) I see your results are not loading in correctly, sometimes ajax is used when submitting the form, sometimes not, the page layout changes etc.

This is because you results selector (in the display results tab) contains the search form too – yours is set to #main. You need to choose a results container that contains only the results, and pagination, but not the search form. Otherwise the search form gets replaced when the ajax results load in and results in buggy behaviour, see here on the results container:

You should probably also enable the option:
“Only use Ajax on the results page”
