    Hi. I want just ask, I have now licence for 1 site, and if I will need move site to another domain. Plugin will works?

    It should work, for example if you move from a dev to live site. But, you must ensure that you migrate the site correctly. You cannot simply copy the form. A correct migration tool with change the URLs and make sure post and post meta IDs are correct. You may need to change any Results URL setting in the form.
