    Hi there,

    When I go to update from Version 2.4.3 to Version 2.4.4 it hits a re-direction loop error as follows: Update Failed: Download failed. Too many redirects

    Please could you let me know how to resolve.

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.

    IF your current version is 2.3.2 or later, then the advice in this thread should work for you:
