    Getting an error when I try to update my plugin – is there an issue or how do I update the plugin?

    I need to know a little more.

    What version of our plugin do you currently have installed?
    What site are you trying to update this on?
    Is the plugin licence key activated (WP Admin -> Search & Filter -> Licence)?
    If it IS activated, does the site match what you see in our records at Your Account?

    Current version is 2.4.6
    Site is scottent.com
    License is activated
    It did NOT match the records here – I never switched it from the test site to the live site. I just deactivated the old one and added the new one.

    I tried to update after the changes and it still wont do it. Guessing there might be some propagation time?

    It can take a while, yes. Give it an hour or so.
