    I can’t give you access since it is a corporate site. I can do a phone call though and talk through the issue via a call. Would you be open to that?

    Have you ….

    Checked in the browser console to see if there are any javascript errors?
    Checked the page source HTML to make sure that the S&F plugin javascript and CSS files are loading?

    Without being able to see the site, it makes it very hard for me to diagnose.
