    Hello.

    we would like to purchase this plugin for a website, but we have tried two different cards and they have both been declined. We are positive this is not a funds issue.

    How can we resolve this?

    I do not know, that is handled by our payment processor as it is not something we have control over. If you used Paypal, check your account and especially the resolution center.

    If you tried to pay directly by credit card, you may need to speak with your card issuer.
