    Hi, Just purchased the plugin. Cannot get it to work at all, may be I am doing something wrong on my end. Can you help?

    Please can you explain what it is you have tried, and what the problem seems to be?

    Please also check the docs, especially the “displaying results” sections

    Originally, I was planning to use the search for a “Custom Post Type” – Listing, but listingcatergory and listingtags are not showing up as option for me to use. It really did not work

    So I think let me try to do a search with regular seach with categories on my posts, still it does not work

    Hi Marie

    For the cat & tags, you probably need to use a “taxonomy” field? From there you should see what you need.

    Let me know once this is resolved and we can move on to the next issue.

    We can not make this work even when we just use taxonomy field.

    Always a good test to see if the plugin is working is to follow “a quick tutorial” here:

    Also, please remove Search & Filter from any sidebars or headers – we need to create a test page with the two shortcodes embedded as mentioned in the above link.

    Let me know when you have done this and provide me with a link.
