    I have an active license but when I try to update from 2.1.2 to 2.2.0 it gives me an error that it can’t download the package.

    I am sorry to hear this. You will need to perform a manual update. Visit your account, download the latest version from there and then:

    1) Disable Search & Filter (do not delete).
    2) Via FTP, delete S&F files.
    3) Via FTP, upload new S&F files
    4) Enable S&F in plugins
