    Hi! I purchased a license for Search & Filter Pro on 12/31/16 but the license never processed and still shows a status of “pending”. Let me know what’s needed in order for me to get the license. Thanks!

    I can’t see that we’ve received payment anywhere, did you use paypal or debit/credit card?

    Can you confirm that we’ve taken payement from your account?

    Payments are usually set to pending when they are not completed at the merchant / checkout.

    Thanks! I received confirmation of payment from Designs and Code:

    Payment: 79395
    Payment Status: Pending
    Payment Method: PayPal
    Date: December 31, 2016
    Subtotal $20.00
    Total Price: $20.00

    But I don’t see the debit on my Paypal account. Seems it might be stuck somewhere? Should I just re-purchase with a different payment method? If so, is there a way to cancel the prior order, just in case for some reason it’s being held up at Paypal?

    I went ahead and purchased with a different payment method. Meanwhile, I’m having issues with the plugin. I do not have the menu of options including “licsensing”. I am on the most recent version of wordpress.

    I am not sure which bit is missing for you? Are we talking about the WP Admin menu section for Search & Filter? are you able to make a screenshot of the issue and provide a link to the image here?

    Yep, my friend who recommended the plugin has a menu that includes “Search & Filter” “New Search Form” “Settings” and “License”. I don’t have any of that showing when I got to my WP Admin menu. I updated WordPress, updated my theme, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, restarted my machine, tried different browsers, uninstalled any plugins I wasn’t using…

    That’s the free version (non Pro). Are you logged in as an admin user (only admin users can see the Search & Filter pro menu)?
