I can’t see that we’ve received payment anywhere, did you use paypal or debit/credit card?
Can you confirm that we’ve taken payement from your account?
Payments are usually set to pending when they are not completed at the merchant / checkout.

Total Price: $20.00But I don’t see the debit on my Paypal account. Seems it might be stuck somewhere? Should I just re-purchase with a different payment method? If so, is there a way to cancel the prior order, just in case for some reason it’s being held up at Paypal?
Anonymous(Private) January 5, 2017 at 3:16 pm #80298Yep, my friend who recommended the plugin has a menu that includes “Search & Filter” “New Search Form” “Settings” and “License”. I don’t have any of that showing when I got to my WP Admin menu. I updated WordPress, updated my theme, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, restarted my machine, tried different browsers, uninstalled any plugins I wasn’t using…
