    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to update the plugin, however, it keeps throwing an “Download Failed: Unauthorized” error message. I tried deactivating the license on the backend of the site and on my account on this site. Waited 30 minutes and reactivating on my account and on the backend of the site. It still throws an error, however, I noticed that it showed the a URL and I inputted that into my browser. It took me to a white page with an error page explaining that I need to renew my account and that the plugin has expired. It’s weird because on my account purchase page, it says it’s good until next year (and I was billed in June of this year). Should I cancel first and create a new subscription or is there another method I should use?

    The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains. We should have a permanent fix for this in soon, but, in the meantime, if you need to upgrade now, and if your current version is 2.3.2 or more recent (higher number), then the advice in this thread should work for you:
