Hello,
I have an developer license, when I add the license key to my website and I add the website to the Manage websites page it still doesn’t want to activate the license.
When I press Activate License in wordpress the page just refreshes and nothing happends. When I try to update I get the error: “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”.
The manage licenses page (and other pages in your account) will take 15-30 minutes to show any changes. However, the update is a glitch in older versions (it should not happen again).
The issue may have arisen because we have changed domains.
