I’ve just emailed you an updated version of the plugin, it has some important fixes in which may be causing your issues. Please follow the setup instructions in the email and let me know when done (ps, check your junk / spam folders as it has a zip).

If its not working, I’ll then take another look just let me know.

I checked my theme folder and no results.php is there (both parent and child themes). Should it be there?
