Hey there
I’m not sure what happened.
I’ve seen issues like this when moving from dev to live, and the quick fix is simply to recreate the form.
Thats what I’ve done, and it seems to be working (check the english version)
Now I see another error, your results do not update correctly – or, you always get “no results”.
If I take a look at the firebug console, I can see you are getting 500 server errors when you are doing ajax requests.
Enable debugging & logging in WordPress, and we will be able to see what is causing this issue.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) March 9, 2016 at 3:31 am #39038HI, this is exactly what happened, we published the web to the new domain an all stop working….I think it’s a really annoying problem, if you need some information to try to figure out what is it, I’ll give you, if this problem can be solved you can help many users because the day you publish the web it has to be working….
I see it’s working again, I’ve translated the new search form an all is working, the thing is I had several settings in the old search form (like exclude some categories according my client demands) and I lost this information too…well, I guess I can redo it again asking for some information.
Thank you very much for your support, I’ll contact you again if I see any problem.
About the ajax problem, to be honest it’s not important for me, I don’t know what happens but I don’t need to load the results using AJAX
