Ok so posting to other ticket is a bit hit and miss.

I got one through to you as you will see, typed my response for original issue, hit submit, didn’t appear.

Pasted response into field, hit submit, duplicate entry message?

Very confused. Do you have an e-mail I can get you on? I wouldn’t ask normally as I know you need to keep your support to one channel but I cannot seem to get through to you successfully.
