Full list of categories don't show up

Hi

My wordpress theme designer has been designing a new theme for my blog (http://fromthepoolside.com). It only cutomises the css and doesn’t touch the php functions.

The plugin works well on my current theme (see http://fromthepoolside.com/advanced-search/) but not on the personalised theme:
– the destination field (which pulls from “categories”) doesn’t show all the categories
– the criteria field (which pulls from “tags”) doesn’t show all the tags
– however, the two other fiels, “accommodation” and “budget”, which use a custom taxonomy each work well and show all keywords.

In order to test we had deactivated the cache plugins and then rebuild the cache in the plugin but it still doesn’t work.

What are we doing wrong or what settings do we need to do?

I have had a (long) conversation with Myriam and there appears to be an error somewhere in the theme regarding taxonomies, she is going to go back over her code. I will wait for her to contact me.
