Dear support team,
I have been adding a filter shortcode in a blog grid custom template created through Thrive Theme builder. However, the filter never shows any results (even though the counter next to the category does show matches for each category).
Custom Thrive Theme Builder templates are not stored as separate php files. I struggle therefore to fill out the correct value of the custom theme template in the filter setting. Please help out as the plugin is now not delivering what I bought it for.

I am sorry, we do not have an integration that will work with that grid builder. You would need to use one of these alternatives:
