    Hi there,

    We have an ongoing issue with a client site where the filter options for the People section (https://www.kemplittle.com/people/) where some Roles are missing when the page is loaded – checking the Search form it always seems to be halfway through rebuilding, and then staying on that page, the cache finishes rebuilding.

    Is there anything we can do to try and troubleshoot this to see why it might be getting stuck, hence then some filter options being missing from the search?

    Difficult to do except when it happens, but it would be to look at the server and database error logs to wee what happened around those times.

    Thanks Trevor. Is there any value in adjusting the caching speed in the Search & Filter settings? I think we have tweaked this before without it preventing the issue, but would you suggest putting it on ‘Slow’ for example?

    I would normally leave it on slow.
