Filter dropdowns are not rendering in Firefox on windows

https://icrinc.com/insights page does not render filter options when using Firefox on Windows. Works in Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on Android, iOS but not on Windows. Clearing the cache ctrl+f5 seems to fix it for that one reload. The plugin has been updated to the latest and has an active license. Seems to be an issue for a while but quite specific to Firefox on Windows. Tested on Firefox 72,73,74,75 and recently on 76 on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. Same results. We ruled out other plugins by disabling plugins one by one and still see the same results. We have confirmed multiple Windows devices running Firefox and see the same issue.

I do not see the same issue on the drop downs on your demo site. Are you able to replicate the issue on our site? I find it odd that it is only happening in that one use case of Firefox and windows.
