    Oh, found the solution myself:
    Go to WP-Backend > Search & Filter > Edit my filter

    Then:
    Settings & Defaults > Field relationships: OR
    Search Form UI > My Field1 > Search operator: OR
    Search Form UI > My Field2 > Search operator: OR
    Search Form UI > My Field3 > Search operator: OR
