I’m wondering if this is possible or at least there is a workaround.
This is marketify /EDD
So I have a SideNav bar on my page w/ Download categories and Sub-categories. Each link will take the user to where the product is tagged to appropriate cat or subcat.
Using Meta-tags I want to filter from that product page – but I only want to filter products that are on that page. (tagged in a category)
Essentially it is the same as having a CAT AND Meta-tag relationship. However I don’t want to use the categories because I want the landing pages for the products and then the filtering to take place from there.
The possibilities I’m thinking to make this work would be a URL- taxomonies feature (which in another post you said SF doesn’t support) or since the categories are the exact same is there some way I could apply the Category taxonomy automatically / or without it being seen by the user on the front end?
I would be over the moon if I could get this going. Cheers
