It seems Search and Filter Pro is not compatible with Templatic themes. I have Fatal Error after activation:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_queried_object() on null in /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php:45 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/Tevolution-LocationManager/functions/location_rewrite_rule.php(480): get_queried_object() #1 /var/www/html/wp-includes/plugin.php(601): tmpl_location_parse_query(Object(WP_Query)) #2 /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php(1906): do_action_ref_array(‘parse_query’, Array) #3 /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php(2506): WP_Query->parse_query() #4 /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php(4018): WP_Query->get_posts() #5 /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php(4129): WP_Query->query(‘post_type=searc…’) #6 /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/includes/class-search-filter-post-cache.php(900): WP_Query->__construct(‘post_type=searc…’) #7 /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/includes/class-search-filter-post-cache.php(100): Search_Filter_Post_Cache->setup_cached_search_forms() #8 /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/includes/cla in /var/www/html/wp-includes/query.php on line 45
How to fix this?
Ross Moderator(Private) March 25, 2016 at 1:49 pm #40538Bart, if you are having any major issues after activating S&F then follow these steps to disable S&F:
1) With FTP, login to your site
2) Go to thewp-content/plugins/folder and locatesearch-filter-pro
3) Rename, or delete the foldersearch-filter-proNow WP will disable S&F automatically because it cannot find it.
Do you have the same theme? If not, please open a new ticket.
Thanks
