I’m having the same problem. It’s been happening for a few weeks. I thought eventually it would resolve itself, but it hasn’t.

I have been trying to update while logged into WordPress: simply clicking on Plug-ins, then checking the box to update Search and Filter Pro.

    Thank you.

Do you have that same error message?

“Update Failed: Update package not available.”

What is the current version you have installed?

If you log in to your account on our site, does it show the correct domain as being activated for the licence key?

    Yes, the same error message.

Technically I have version 2.4.7 (beta) which you gave to me when 2.4.6 wasn’t working.

Yes, the correct domain is activated for the license key. I only have one domain.

A secondary error message I sometimes get: “An error occurred while updating Search & Filter Pro: Update package not available.”

Can you try deactivating the licence key and entering it again?

In your WordPress admin. Find Search & Filter and you will see a Licence sub menu page.
