Hi I have a form on a page built with Divi, and whilst it showed drop down options in the form, since a cache rebuild it is blank.

I tried adding Variations as well. No joy.

Can you try temporarily disabling as many plugins as you can and see if that has any effect?

One thought. Do these courses have ‘stock’?

Yes, they show up, but with counts of zero.
