I have purchased a developer license (in October of 2019) and have activated my Search & Filter Pro on client sites (v2.4.3). Now that the new update (2.5) is out, I try to update from WP admin and it won’t let me — says not authorized, even though the license is entered and it says it is successfully activated. I would really prefer not to have to download and re-install in every site. Why is the auto-update not working? If I uninstall the plugin, will it remove the existing searches I have already setup?

Check by logging in to Your Account.
Anonymous(Private) January 4, 2020 at 1:39 pm #230213OK. I think I figured it out. The original activation was to a dev. subdomain. When we pushed it to the live domain, then the activation “broke” even though the plugin thought it was still active. Once I updated the URL in the manage sites, then it worked.
Thank you for all your help — sorry I missed that earlier.
