    You can attach custom css to the form, using whatever means your theme has to enter custom css (or use a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS), and/or you can use actions to alter the HTML:

    If it is a simple change, if you show me what you have and what it needs to look like (both as live HTML pages) I can probably assist you.

    I want to change it to the style of the site with font Source Sans Pro, font size a little bit bigger, line-height bigger and the button like the other buttons on the website.

    Ok.

    – And I also want to change the line-height between the name label and the options and the line-height above the name labels.
    – Further, I want to change the font and the size of the name labels.

    And the headings like Branche / regio ?

    They are currently Source Sans Pro font, size 13px normal weight (400), and the margin above and below is 0px above and 18px below.

    How do you want these to change?

    Yes, like the button ‘Meld je aan!’.

    I want the headings in font Source Sans Pro, font size 18px and bold. The margin above 15px
