    So I guess what I need to do is unlink the Taxonomy from both CPTs.

    We did this so we could tag relevant blog posts.

    I guess I need to mirror the same taxonomy for POIs that I did for blogs but have them seperate?

    Seems like there should be an easier way.

    Hi Matt

    You’re right on both counts.

    To get this to work the way you want would require them to be seperate taxonomies, and then you couldn’t use the same field for them in your search form (if you were searching both CPT and blog posts in the same search) whilst also keeping taxonomy archive filtering.

    You’re also right there should be an easier way – we’ll look into improving this once we release v3.
