Customizing shortcode results display

I’ve followed the instructions here to create a custom template for my shortcode results display – https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/search-results/using-a-shortcode/. However my results are still just showing up with the default template.

To clarify, I’d like to customize the results so post content is in this order: featured image, post date, post title, excerpt. And no display of the category or tags.

The folder that you have placed the results.php file you have named:

seach-filter

You have missed the r:

search-filter
