I’m told that I can be obtuse, so no worries. 😀

Very few of our sales are to Europe, and the site receives very little traffic from Europe. Since what’s ordinary morning hours for you are the wee hours here in the states, I don’t think anyone would be affected. But even so, people are used to scheduled (and unscheduled) maintenance on web sites. My newsletters have also talked about the work we’ve been doing, so there won’t be any surprises if it is down for a little while whatever time of day it is. In other words, just proceed at whatever time fits your schedule most easily.

I’m pretty sure my automated backups are happening as intended, but it wouldn’t hurt to look at that before doing anything risky, but aside from that, carry on.
