The filter is not working with custom post type when trying to use the filter its taking to another post type which is not even connected/ related to the one we are applying this filter on. Also the AJAX is not loading and is refreshing to a newer page. We want it functional as showed in your demo with AJAX support.
Secondly We tested your plugin on our local server using the license code provided, now when we have applied it on the live server the license is not authenticating the account.Ross Moderator(Private) November 6, 2015 at 3:11 pm #29070Do you have a link I could look at?
What you mention sounds pretty strange :/
Anonymous(Private) November 11, 2015 at 7:23 am #29467Following is the link we have used custom post type it currently it refreshes the page entirely where it should work as Ajax also it directs to article page instead of custom post type. Kindly revert back soon. http://jumpactivations.com/clients/mediqal/hospitals-clinics/

Ross Moderator(Private) November 20, 2015 at 5:38 pm #30332Hi Yasir
So just to clarify a few things.
S&F is jumping the the correct URL.
Any interaction with the search form always redirects here:
http://jumpactivations.com/clients/mediqal/properties
This is the archive URL of the post type
properties– so the redirect is working fine. The next thing you need to figure out is, why are the results not updating…
Well this seems to be a template issue.
Why when you access:
http://jumpactivations.com/clients/mediqal/properties
Does it only show a few posts, and no pagination? This to me is a sign of something not working correctly in your site already – so of course S&F will have a problem using this page.
Thanks
PS, I noticed an error in the admin when using “Post Type Archive” (in the Display Results tab), for some reason it shows you a “slug field” and “template” field. I don’t think these should be visible at all – to illustrate this, click on a differnt display method, and then click back to “post type archive” – you will notice these fields are correctly hidden.
I’ll look in to a fix for that one soon to avoid confusion.
Anonymous(Private) November 23, 2015 at 10:29 am #30498Thanks for your response. We have checked there isnt a template issue, also we want the filter to display results on the same page and using AJAX as displayed on your demo. Currently it is redirecting us towards properties page where it should remain on hospital & clinics page and display result. Kindly look into this matter as its now matter of urgency on our end. Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) November 24, 2015 at 12:17 pm #30581Hi Yasir
A quick way to test to see if there is a template issue is to use “shortcode” method for results.
I just created here:
http://jumpactivations.com/clients/mediqal/sftest/
And it seems to work fine.
What you have is either a template issue, or another plugin interfering with The Loop which is causing your results not to display properly.
Try deactivating your plugins, and change your theme to a default WP one to see if you can identify the culprit.
Thanks
