    Hello,

    We need a COVA W-9 for our financial records. Who can we contact to get this done?

    I am not sure that we can provide you with that. We are based in the UK and our tax rules are completely different to yours. You are able to generate an invoice from within your account. The most frequent question we get is to provide our VAT number, but our business, based as it is in the UK, is not required (and therefore we do not have) one.

    We are also not required to register our business, and so have no registration ID number.

    As I said, very different (very light touch, almost no red tape) rules for small businesses in the UK.
