Hey Corrado, can you try to explain the problem you are having?
You can send any links here in a private reply.
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) April 14, 2015 at 2:40 pm #15058Hi Corrado
You ticket is nearly up – sorry for the delay but just so you know we are not open over weekends so have only had 2 days to clear our tickets and get on to this.
To test if the plugin is actually working the recommended option is to create a test page according the the instructions here using the shortcode method (follow instructions under “a quick tutorial”):
Please create this test page and provide me with the link.
If it is working (expected), but you want to use the archive method for displaying results please check here:
It references some potential issues which are covered in the FAQs – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/faqs/#h-bad-template
There are also a couple of other things to look out for a few users have asked about, such as your template no showing results if there is no search term entered which may apply to your case (https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/search-result-page-cantt-work-with-avada-theme/#post-14869)
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) April 14, 2015 at 2:41 pm #15059After saying all that, there is one other thing you could try first..
Some security & maintenance plugins restrict access to ajax urls (which S&F needs when using the shortcode method for results) – try disabling these and testing again, or better yet, disable ajax and see if it works.
Thanks
