Can't renew licence, email not authorized

Hi,

I wanted to renew my licence but got the following error when trying to complete the order:

The specified email is not authorized to renew license ###.

Is there a way to solve this so I can renew the licence?

Thanks in advance.

I need to refer this to the plugin owner. It might be because the email associated with the original purchase is not the same as you are trying to now use.

Hi Trevor,

I just checked the purchase history but the original purchase was completed with the same email as I’m using to renew the licence.

Kind regards,
Niels

Hi Niels

It might just be showing your current set email address when checking in your account.

Considering the original purchase was 2016, were ‘.online’ domains available then?

I see a different email associated with your PayPal.

Could you also try setting your email address from your account and trying again after that?

If that doesn’t work then I’ll set you up a promo code for a new purchase.

Thanks

Hi Ross,

We’re using the .online domain since the end of 2015. I’ve tried to use the old Paypal email but I’m still getting the same error message unfortunately.

So if you could send us a promo code for the renewal that would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Niels

Hi Ross,

Thanks for the discount code, just purchased a new licence without any issues.
